Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time protection patrol duties in Fletcher, NC. You will serve at a manufacturing/industrial site, conduct unarmed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering professional customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing/industrial site.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access to the facility; verify visitor/contractor authorization and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with proper escalation.
• Observe and report hazards, damaged property, and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Protection Patrol in Fletcher, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will support a welcoming environment through clear communication, professional customer service, and teamwork. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Observe and report hazards, damaged property, policy violations, and other security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
