Allied Universal in Louisville, KY is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Support. You will protect site assets by performing unarmed patrols across manufacturing and industrial areas, while delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

The role includes day and night shifts with a focus on safety, integrity, and professional conduct. Minimum requirements include 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent, and background/drug screening per legal standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required, to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency response protocols.
• Document observations and patrol activity in required reports and communicate concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Support in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
