In an unarmed patrol role at an industrial site, you will perform routine and random patrols, monitor access points, and document activity with clear reports.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors while following site security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities interior, loading docks, warehouse, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support entry procedures for personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, professional problem-solving and notify site leadership as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs of patrols, incidents, and activity.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Thur 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Fri 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, loading docks, warehouse areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and support site entry procedures for personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
