As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Security Checks in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a logistics and distribution location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to employees, visitors, and drivers. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, vehicle access points, parking areas, trailer yards, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, driver, and vehicle activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
