Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors and visitors by following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, entry points, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity and welcome authorized occupants and visitors.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Reporting in Olive Branch, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and emergency response protocols at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.


• Maintain a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity while supporting a welcoming environment for authorized occupants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Access control or badge experience is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
