• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and document entries and incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and follow emergency procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and alarm response while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and document entries, incidents, and unusual observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and contacting appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate security-related observations, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
