Allied Universal in Imperial, PA is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time patrol presence at a retail/warehouse location. You will provide customer service, deter security incidents, and maintain a visible presence to support a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members.

The role includes unarmed patrols, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents with professional, calm problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with site entry procedures and reporting irregular conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain awareness of changing conditions across the location and communicate security-related concerns, hazards, and incidents according to site procedures.

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Presence in Imperial, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
