Security Officer Full Time Patrol Preparedness in Kernersville, NC

you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
