Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, building entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery drivers in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Observe and report security-related concerns, including damaged fencing, unsecured doors, suspicious activity, and/or potential hazards, following established reporting procedures.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
