As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Observation in SHADY GROVE , PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a transportation location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and respond to concerns with care and integrity. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and transportation personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation-related facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and support site operations.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized activity or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
