Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time patrol observation role at an aerospace/defense location in Auburn, WA. The officer will monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding safety protocols.

Security Officer Full Time Patrol Observation

Pay Rate: $22.87 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 04:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Tue 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Wed 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Thur 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Fri 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and document entries, incidents, and observations in required reports.
• Communicate professionally with personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while supporting a secure and orderly work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
