Allied Universal in Glendale, Wisconsin is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver for second shift. You will perform security duties at a retail/mall location, conduct patrols, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to shoppers, tenants and visitors.

A valid driver’s license is required to operate as a driving post. The role requires full-time availability with scheduled afternoons and weekends.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Glendale, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the retail location, reporting potential hazards, policy violations, and unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and relevant observations accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
