As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Compliance in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and drivers, and follow site procedures for visitor management and delivery activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activity in required reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
