Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in San Bernadino, CA. You will patrol unarmed, deliver customer service, and uphold site-specific security procedures at a government location.

Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM
• Tue 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM
• Wed 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM
• Thur 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM
• Fri 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, public access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports and activity logs, documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
