Allied Universal in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Facility Protection to safeguard clients across a range of sites. You will monitor areas, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service with a visible security presence.

Responsibilities include unarmed patrols, responding to incidents, completing logs and reports, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

• Mon - 11:30 PM - 04:30 AM
• Tue - 11:30 PM - 04:30 AM
• Fri - 11:30 PM - 04:30 AM
• Sat - 11:30 PM - 04:30 AM
• Sun - 11:30 PM - 04:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain orderly operations.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
