Job summary

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Operations in Pensacola, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support badge and access control activities while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support a secure working environment.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders according to established protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
