As a Security Officer Full Time Mortuary Area Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide professional customer service. You will communicate with patients, visitors, and staff while helping maintain a welcoming environment in sensitive areas. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following healthcare location protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare location, including buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as required, and provide directions or assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific policies and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Have at least two years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
