Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time morning shift in Findlay, OH. The role involves monitoring a chemical/petrochemical site, providing customer service, and maintaining a secure environment for personnel and operations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned facilities, access points, processing areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and documentation.
• Communicate observations, hazards, equipment concerns, and unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with established procedures.

As a Security Officer in a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for personnel and operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related needs with integrity.

• Wed: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Thur: 08:00 AM - 04:0‎0 PM
• Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
