As a Security Officer - Full Time - Mornings in De Pere, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. Pay Rate: $17.37 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to healthcare facility staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as applicable.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access, unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Preferred comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
