Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time morning shifts in De Pere, WI. You will safeguard clients in healthcare settings, performing unarmed patrols and providing excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.

You will monitor access points, report hazards, and respond calmly to emergencies while maintaining detailed shift documentation and adhering to site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as applicable.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access, unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Security Officer - Full Time - Mornings in De Pere, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Preferred comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
