Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver position in Pittsburgh, PA. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, deter security incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service at a financial institution location.

Position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work a daytime schedule. You will complete accurate reporting and coordinate with site leadership to resolve incidents and maintain safety.

• Ability to observe and report security incidents and anomalies.
• Ability to follow site-specific policies and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, ATM areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregular conditions in accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
