Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA. You will safeguard tenants and visitors, conduct vehicle patrols, and maintain a visible security presence at a commercial real estate location. The role requires excellent customer service and adherence to site procedures.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $16.40 / Hour. Schedule includes DayTime and weekend shifts to cover 5 days per week as posted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and property. This driving post involves conducting routine vehicle patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, responding to security-related concerns, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support a welcoming environment.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor entry in accordance with site policies, and report unauthorized access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate clearly with property management, tenants, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
