Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Supervisory experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and property perimeter to identify and report conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity per site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report to appropriate contacts and responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and concerns.

As an unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

• Tue: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate property contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have supervisory experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
