As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Driver Patrol in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology data center by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and access‑control policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the data center campus, building interiors, perimeter areas, parking locations, and critical infrastructure areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, alarms, and surveillance systems, and report security‑related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access‑control issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
