Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by following site procedures.
• Manage front desk and visitor reception activities, including greeting guests, verifying IDs, issuing access credentials, and directing visitors.
• Monitor facility access, observe activity, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and communicate security-related information to leadership.

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the welcoming presence for employees, visitors, and contractors. You will manage access, greet and direct guests, monitor entry activity, and communicate observations to support a secure environment. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Manage front desk and visitor reception activities, including greeting guests, verifying identification, maintaining visitor records, issuing access credentials, and directing visitors according to site procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility through the front desk, observe incoming and outgoing activity, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and communicate relevant security-related information, incidents, and policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
