• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols and maintain calm, professional demeanor.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and grounds to identify and report hazards and anomalies.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately for site leadership and emergency responders.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
