You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide courteous customer service and clear communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility grounds, buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with facility procedures, helping to maintain an orderly and welcoming environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
