Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify authorized entry, maintain logs, and report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and follow response protocols.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Wed 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Thur 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Fri 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sat 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery drivers at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, construction or project zones, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify authorized entry, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report access-related irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
