Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Lincoln, NE to serve and safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. You will conduct patrols, maintain visible presence, and deter incidents while demonstrating our values.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a pay rate of $20 per hour. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and post orders in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Report hazards, property concerns, and security-related incidents promptly to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
