Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subjects to background check per laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a front desk within a financial services location.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying IDs, and issuing visitor credentials.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records; receive calls and relay information.
• Observe front-desk activity and report unusual conditions or policy violations to leadership.
• Respond to incidents following site emergency procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients at a front desk within a financial services location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointment information, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records; receive calls and communicate routine information to appropriate personnel.
• Observe front-desk activity and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and policy violations to site leadership or Allied Universal management.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
