What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, team members, and the security of the hotel and property. Your duties include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks
• Responding to emergency situations such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property
• Promoting safe work practices
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
• Writing reports and documenting incidents accurately
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
