Security Officer Full Time Fire Response Driver

As a Security Officer Full Time Fire Response Driver in Three Rivers, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture with teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.86 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe activity around production and shipping areas and report potential policy violations, hazards, or maintenance concerns to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Previous firefighting experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
