Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a full-time Security Officer in Breinigsville, PA to protect a logistics and distribution site. You will monitor areas, patrol regularly, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding Allied Universal's culture of integrity and teamwork.

The role involves responding to incidents, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting employees, visitors, and operations in a safe environment. Daytime shifts are scheduled as listed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, entrances, employee areas, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
