Job summary

Allied Universal in Breinigsville, PA is seeking a Security Officer Incident Assessment to monitor sites, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents with calm, professional communication. You will work at a logistics and distribution location, providing customer service and timely reporting while maintaining a visible security presence.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $18.44 per hour and a schedule covering DayTime and Night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures for a package handling and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Support the orderly movement of personnel, visitors, and delivery vehicles while maintaining professional communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
