As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Operations in Fairless Hills, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, verify authorized access, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $20.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and/or authorization, document visitor and vehicle activity, and direct authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required access‑control logs, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
