As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will use computer or tablet systems as needed while providing professional customer service and clear communication to travelers, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and/or tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate airport operations personnel and/or public-service agencies as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of airport facilities, parking areas, access points, roadways, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions requiring attention.
• Monitor access to restricted and nonpublic areas; verify credentials and direct visitors, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation; communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
