Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused site by following site policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office spaces, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report irregularities per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and according to escalation protocols.
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports and ensure proper shift handoffs.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications environment.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
