• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor/contractor entry, and document arrivals/departures/denied access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating as per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter.
• Maintain logs, complete incident reports, and communicate observations to site leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and document arrivals, departures, and/or denied access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, gate areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete incident reports and communicate security-related observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
