Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting entry, and maintaining access records.
• Observe traffic at assigned access points and follow procedures for deliveries and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and notify site contacts and responders as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.

Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the food and beverage production location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and maintaining accurate access records.
• Observe incoming and outgoing vehicle, employee, and visitor traffic at assigned access points, following site procedures for deliveries, shipments, and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned access areas, the business, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
