You will monitor a technology data center, perform unarmed patrols, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Role requires a valid driver’s license and comfort with using a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology data center by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, perimeter, and parking areas; report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization per site procedures and escalate concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document actions.
• Complete reports and logs with a professional presence in a fast-paced tech environment.

Pay Rate: $21.79 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology data center by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the data center interior, exterior, perimeter, parking areas, and critical access points, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and assigned areas; verify authorization in accordance with site procedures and escalates concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and documenting actions taken.
• Complete accurate reports, activity logs, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced technology environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
