Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of the property grounds, parking areas, and common areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures; report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations and actions in reports.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and public-service personnel.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in West Chester, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property grounds, parking areas, common areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and/or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions in clear, accurate reports.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and public-service personnel regarding security-related concerns and site activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
