As a Security Officer - Full Time - Driver Entry Control in Findlay, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Control access to manufacturing and industrial areas in accordance with site requirements, escalating unauthorized access attempts or irregular activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and facility grounds to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
