Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Full Time Armed Driver in Toledo, OH. You will perform armed patrols, monitor access points, and provide excellent customer service to a variety of clients in a manufacturing and industrial setting.

The role requires an armed guard card or license, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety and reliability. This is a full-time position with a consistent day-time schedule.

Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour, Full Time

As a Security Officer - Full Time Armed Driver in Toledo, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving post requires an armed guard card or license and a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while demonstrating Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following applicable post orders and escalation protocols.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
