Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants undergo a background investigation.
• A driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

• Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations and incidents accurately.
• Maintain a professional presence while assisting with directions, answering questions, and supporting a welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
