Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver in Falls Church, VA. You will provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail areas and surrounding perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to management.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate information to site leadership.

As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, loading zones, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
