As a Security Officer Full Time Door Control in Jurupa Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor site activity, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and freight operations. Your visible presence, professional communication, and customer service will help deter incidents while you collaborate with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping-related documentation as required, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and access records.
• Control access for commercial vehicles, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures, directing individuals to appropriate locations when needed.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting observations through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
