Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate location while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and follow procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and maintenance reports and communicate with leadership.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional communication and customer service to tenants and visitors. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and report access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific response procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and maintenance-related reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
