Job summary

Allied Universal in Miami, FL is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol Driver to protect clients and provide exceptional service at a busy retail mall location. You will drive patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence to deter security issues while delivering friendly, professional customer service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A state, county, or city-issued security professional license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail mall location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of mall common areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and report maintenance, parking, or security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and completely using required reporting tools and procedures.

As a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol Driver in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a driving Security Officer at a retail mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
