Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors by following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and professionally, with escalation as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and contractor entry per site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift documentation for leadership.

Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour

• Mon: 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Tue: 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Wed: 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Sat: 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM
• Sun: 09:30 PM - 05:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or site concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, vendor, and contractor entry processes in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
