Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Credentialing in Murfreesboro, TN to protect client sites across logistics and distribution. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and communicate with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials, maintain visitor and driver logs, and control entry and exit in accordance with site requirements.
• Screen incoming personnel, vendors, and delivery drivers; communicate applicable access requirements; and direct authorized individuals to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed conditions.
